Great experience. I got an extraction and was surprised how cheap it was. I went to Emeergency Dental down the street from this location a couple weeks ago and was over charged for the same operation. The Doctor is very nice and gentle. The nurses were nice also! They got me in last minute! 11 at night! They are awesome! 10/10 recommended

My wisdom tooth was painlessly extracted, and didn't fill any pain days after. I am completely satisfied with the quick responses, the affordable price, and the easy to understand explanations.
The office is clean, easily accessible and the staffs are great too. Will recommend them to any one ready to treat the teeth problems.

This emergency dental place is literally hands down the best. I’m so glad this office is local to me. Dr. Kwon was incredible and made my replacement tooth a breeze. I was so nervous at first because I am not great in medical rooms. He made it very comfy and very fast. I would give this office 10 stars I could! Thank you!

Please know that this clinic is outside of virtually all networks regarding insurance plans. Meaning you need to pay upfront. They will help you with the paperwork if you'd like to be reimbursed (unlikely if you don't have PPO), but I would not have driven all the way out here had I known about this beforehand.

Everyone was very nice even though I chose not to get the recommended treatment. The dental assistant even told me on the way out that if I needed any medication to ease the pain to just call them. I thought that was very sweet.

I was disappointed that I was offered only one option to take care of my issue but I know they are a business at the end of the day. And in fairness to them I did not ask about any other options that I knew were available to me.

Overall I was glad to be seen by the staff here and they are very professional. I definitely would recommend them if you are in a pinch as long as you don't mind paying out of pocket. They do offer various payment plans as well to help ease the burden.

The front desk of this place is great. However, the dentist isn't very personable. They did X-rays but he never once looked in my mouth.

They advertise they do payment plans and also third party. Then when you get there it's only third party. It's double what it would be at a normal dentist so if you can wait until yours open I would definitely recommend!

Very fast in and out same day for 2 extraction! Very satisfied with the service doctor and assistant sympathetic and caring.
I came in on a Sunday morning with a very aggressive toothache, the only thing that took the longest was just insurance, the procedure itself was very painless aside from the anesthetic shot lol but other than that procedure was 5/5 stars for me!

I have been in so much pain and was waiting to get in at my dentist. This weekend, it became unbearable. They were able to get me in immediately and were SO kind. The doctor was amazing and I was in and out in 30 minutes even with an extraction. I wish I could see them for everything!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience my mother and I had at your office November 2. We arrived at 11:00 AM, as scheduled, for my mother’s dental appointment. However, we were kept waiting well past the appointment time, with no updates or explanation from your staff. By 12:00 PM, my mother still had not been seen, despite the fact that there were still many other patients in the waiting area.

Not only was the delay highly unprofessional, but we were also deeply concerned about the unsanitary conditions in the office. This lack of cleanliness, combined with the extended wait, made the entire experience even more distressing. My mother had recently experienced trauma to her face and mouth. The complete lack of care or sympathy from your staff was extremely upsetting.
When we requested a refund for the appointment, your staff responded with threats, implying that you were the only office available that day. This was an unacceptable and unprofessional response to a situation that had already caused unnecessary stress. Your staff showed no empathy or consideration for her situation.
We trust you will take this matter seriously and address the concerns we have.
