I accompanied my sister on her first visit for an evaluation and potential denture. She was treated with exceptional courtesy and kindness. Her situation was evaluated and her options explained thoroughly and professionally allowing her to choose from solutions that were functional and affordable. The entire staff were friendly and professional and the optional treatments and recommendations were reasonable. Initial impression of this dental practice is very positive.

After getting turned away at my local Aspen Dental for letting them know I have a little bit of anxiety this particular aspen dental is perfect!! Dr Neema is great all the office staff an everyone there made it so nice and welcoming. Was given a little bit of medicine to take before my visit then during the visit took another one an I was perfectly comfortable! Didn’t feel a thing which is always the most important! Thank you all so much for being so nice to me! You all made a very stressful experience very calm and relaxing.

I called Aspen to see if they could get me in for a damaged denture. The cordial and very professional office staff not only got me in right away, but made me aware that walk-ins were welcome. My short and very pleasant appointment resulted in a repaired denture that cost me nothing because, unbeknownst to me, my insu covered the cost of the repair. Thank you Aspen of Viera. You ALL were absolutely fabulous!

I'd give a zero star rating if it was possible. My wife had a front tooth implant and crown done late 2022, though they were so screwed up it didn't get finished till April 2023. We paid it in full when the job was done. Then in April 2024 I got a bill saying I still owe them $30. My wife was so fed up with them that she just paid it because she never wanted to hear anything about them again. Then a couple months later--well over two years since the job had been done and the bill paid in full--they send me a bill for over $500! They'd originally said the job would cost about $3000, but I'd ended up paying them almost $4,000. Now here's this new bill! I went in to their local office with the bill and asked them what the hell was going on. They said that their billing department was so behind because of their hack in early 2023 and that they're sending out bills for procedures done as long as two years ago. When I asked exasperatedly whether I could expect to just keep getting new bills for a botched job for which I'd already paid in full at the time of service, I was told that maybe I would get more bills. Incredible! Do not touch Aspen Dental with a ten-foot pole. If you look online you'll find numerous similar stories. There are more gory details about how they screwed up the procedure itself but I won't belabor the point here. You get the idea.

So disappointed right now it's insane!! 3 hours for an exam. I went from late to can't come at all, and they couldn't even help me. Nothing is more annoying to a single, working mom than offices that don't respect your time. They asked me to be there at 8 am and collected 60% of my visit due just to schedule on the phone, the remaining due at check-in. OK done. I get their wait 1 hr. to just start x-rays on the wrong side, eye roll here we go. Working in an office myself I knew the BS coming when she said "Come this way my manager will be in to talk to you" I’m at the dentist I don’t need a manager. I need a dentist. Yeah, long story short they needed to do an exam visit now, and I could “possibly” come back at 3 pm for the procedure. (Call out of work now, losing more money/time) Wait another 40 minutes alone to find out what’s going on. OK, why would you have collected my money for a crown prep/build-up when you have no exam showing that was the plan? Shady. Doc comes she can't do anything I need for the tooth except meds that I have already been using to survive the pain but whatever wasn't even wanting meds so already disappointing. Some of the staff were great, friendly, good choice of music, however, I about lost my mind when they put me to watch a video about hygiene video. 3 hours and you got me watching videos I was about to explode in anger. Unfortunately, I'm just too nice to do so instead I left in tears. It’s that I’m so mad I can just lose it, but I can’t feeling that made me cry and their eagerness to do nothing to help but stick to the Aspen Dental script. I have recommended so many people to Aspen because I had a good experience years ago Merritt Island location but everyone I sent was dissatisfied and I didn't believe it until today. I once even applied to the office manager role for this position and God knows what he does because I didn't get it and I'm so glad I could not take the role of having to see people leave disappointed and still try to offer a payment plan. To Sales for me. Will say some patients in the office seemed to have liked them and left happy but wasn't me today. Also just to make it clear they did refund me my money but the disappointment of the whole experience, a day wasted, now to have to find a new dentist hopefully who isn’t charging me a down payment on a house just to get help or maybe to Panama a trip is looking closer. Dental work in US is crazy expensive and always leaves most people like me with no options. Sensitivity, to people's feelings in the already weird situation for most, should be something you consider as a company. I am polite because I work in healthcare myself so I understand the rules for billing purposes, provider licenses, and insurance rules but other patients, may not have been so understanding. Anyway, I have a day off now so thanks for that I got my nap after my cry session and time to move on, but people BEWARE my experience was DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

The office staff seems very friendly enough, but lacking in office management, Several days I have called to speak to someone, and as soon as they get on the line they hang up... I call back and leave a voicemail but no one returns them (even after days). They are impossible to get ahold of and when I did show up for my appointments they had no idea why I was there and were unprepared for me which resulted in what should been a quick 30-minute visit, taking an hour and forty minutes.

I would like to transfer to the Melbourne branch but that's a little out of my way, but it may be worth it for better customer service.

More professional than the first Aspen Dental I went to. But was told I would have to return to the original location, which is out of my way now, to get further satisfaction. Viera office was more comfortable than West Melbourne.
