I had an appointment yesterday with this dental office. Over the phone, I was informed that the cost for the exam would be $90, which seemed reasonable. When I arrived, the reception staff was very polite and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, I had to wait a long time to be seen, which was frustrating.

The biggest issue, though, was at the end of the appointment when I was charged $245—far more than the $90 I was initially told. I only had the exam done, so this additional charge was unexpected and felt unfair.

While the staff was kind, I believe honesty and transparency about pricing are just as important. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling disappointed

I had a really good experience coming to the dentist. I hadn’t been to one in a long time so I was a little nervous, but everyone was very welcoming especially Ana my hygienist. She was awesome. Did a great job at cleaning my teeth would recommend you come here they’re very honest with you And pricing is also very good. ?

I had two damaged back molars that needed crowns on the back bottom right side. The #31 furthest back was so bad it required a root canal to save the tooth. As a senior dealing with type II diabetes for 23 years my old silver fillings had fallen out and these teeth were decaying rapidly. My Hillsborough county insurance, the only one this clinic takes, had me see Dr. Holmes at the Walk In Clinic of Tampa Bay on Kennedy Blvd in Tampa to help me with these dental corrections.

I had the root canal of the back molar and a build up and the build up of the # 30 molar next to it and wore temporary crowns afterward for a few weeks until my new crowns were created.

Dr. Holmes is an excellent dentist who I read is also a dental school professor at USF in the Tampa Bay area. He took out another molar that had rotted due to my diabetes in 2023 so I knew I was in good hands with him to fix my right side back bottom molars. His assistant Jasmine was also excellent and attentive as she placed the temp crowns after the root canal/ buildup procedures. I am allergic to nitrous oxide so I always have dental work with the maximum of local anesthesia injections in my gums which Dr. Holmes accommodated without question.

Now I have two wonderful new crowned back molars and can chew more comfortably again on the right side of my mouth. Thank you Dr. Holmes and Jasmine!

My mouth had been hurting for a few days, I thought that it was just my cheek but when I went in it was a wisdom tooth and my cheek. My regular dentist was closed due to the hurricane and it being a Sunday. I cannot praise the experience enough. The extraction itself was quick and virtually painless, I was surprised. My last dentist it took over an hour, and he wasn't friendly. Dental Walk-In Clinic of Tampa Bay ensured I was comfortable throughout, constantly checking in on me. They were kind and friendly. Post-procedure, they provided clear instructions for aftercare and even followed up with a call to check on my recovery. If you’re looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist, I highly recommend Dental Walk-In Clinic of Tampa Bay. They are 100% Amazing!!

I was so impressed by this clinic and Dr. Khan. An infected wisdom tooth on Thanksgiving was not a great way to wake up. This office was able to get me in on Black Friday, has affordable services, and they were compassionate towards my dental anxiety. Dr. Khan was extremely thorough with her examination and explained my treatment options clearly. I would highly recommend them!

I was in a lot of pain and wasn’t sure if they could see me over the weekend or on short notice, but they had same-day appointments available! I chose one for Saturday and was there for less than 45 minutes. They were quick, very professional, and attentive. They made sure I understood everything happening and gave me a general check-up. It turned out my wisdom tooth needed to
be extracted, and they did it in under 15 minutes—completely painless. They explained the follow-up care, and the next day they called me for a check-in. Definitely, if I ever need to visit a clinic again, I’d come back here!

If someone fat walks into your office, please forget about sparing their feelings and just ask them their weight upfront. I promise you they would prefer to just get a referral to a different office who can help them instead of wasting their time making an appointment, then waiting an hour to be seen just to be weighed after already giving a good estimate of their weight that was still almost 170 pounds over your weight limit for treatment. Especially when I have had work done here in the past and while I weighed less then- I was still over the 335 pound limit, so it’s very confusing. Unfortunately I am still in excruciating pain, and now may not be able to be seen until after Christmas because instead of telling me you wouldn’t be able to treat me on Thursday night, you let me make an appointment for Friday afternoon wasting my time so that even though you gave me a referral to another office- they were closed for the day after you told me you wouldn’t be able to help me. Don’t beat around the bush and waste people’s time like that when they are already in a lot of pain. I would not ever consider coming back here, and would not recommend to anyone overweight or otherwise- and in fact if someone (under or over the 335 weight limit) specifically asked me if this would be a good place to go I would go out of my way to tell them that it’s not and it would be better to look anywhere else.
