Superior service by all of the staff from arrival to departure! My every question was answered and every need met. I came in as a brand new patient with a toothache. Kristy came in to explain what my insurance paid for versus what I needed to pay for out of pocket and she even provided me with options for payment which was greatly appreciated. I explained to Paige that I was in pain but also very afraid of the dentist. She took the time to address of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and even comforted me during my extraction. Dr. Klement was also very patient with me and did not become agitated, even though I flinched several times. I scheduled my appointment online on Sunday afternoon and was seen bright and early on Monday morning. The office was clean, neat, and tidy. No long lines of patients in the waiting room and I was seen on time for my appointment. If you are looking for a comfortable and professional environment, I would highly recommend Klement Family Dental. They are the best!!!

After years of putting off the extensive dental work needed to be able to speak and eat properly, and not be ashamed every time I open my mouth, I finally made an appointment with Dr. Klement. My first appointment was a complete evaluation with scans, x rays, and photos of my teeth, gums and jaw. I then had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Klement to discuss my goals and options for moving forward with treatment. He was thorough in his assessment, but even more importantly, he took my fears, concerns and financial situation into consideration while helping me determine a plan that was a good fit for me. All of the staff in the office were professional and friendly and made me feel at ease. I even commented to someone that I would love to hire a few of them to work with me!
My next visit involved 6 crowns, a root canal, several impressions of my teeth and gums, additional scans to create a 3D image of my mouth, and the creation of a temporary crown until my permanents are ready in a few weeks. Dr. Klement and his highly skilled assistant Myleena, focused on my comfort throughout the processes and on the details of every procedure they completed. They took the extra time to perform quality work that is the basis for my next visit involving lower dentures.
I have a LOT of work needed to achieve my goals and I am so thankful that I found this practice and the wonderful staff who work there. I look forward to my next visit, which is something I would have NEVER said about a dentist before this experience!

Today was my first time at Klement and I had an extremely pleasant experience. In fact, my positive experience started before my appointment. I made my appointment months ago and was told I should call back after the new year just to make sure my insurance was all set, because I swapped providers and it’s been slightly less than 6 months since my last cleaning. I called back on 1/3 and they didn’t have that information for me yet, but told me if I didn’t hear back before my appointment on 1/6 that I would be in the clear. Instead of having me wait, they called me back just a few hours later to confirm my coverage, which I really appreciated. And they were SO sweet on the phone every time we spoke.

Today I had a 2:00 appointment & was called back at 2:01 — I was definitely expecting to wait longer as that seems to be the case at most places. I even brought a book and didn’t even make it through a page. The place was very clean, and every staff member I encountered was very pleasant.

Unfortunately during my cleaning I learned I needed to get a crown and they recommend I don’t go long without it, they even said they could do it right then. I wasn’t prepared for that and didn’t eat beforehand so they let me go eat and come back and saw me instantly again. I probably waited 5 minutes once in the back to be taken care of. The two women doing my crown were SO sweet, rubbing my shoulder and giving me words of encouragement throughout the numbing and drilling process. They even offered me a blanket.

I didn’t have the easiest time with my crown because I couldn’t seem to get numb enough for it, but they were so understanding and patient and didn’t make me feel bad at all for needing additional numbing more than once. They had to call an additional doctor in to help, and he was very kind and patient as well.

The staff honestly seemed to have good report amongst one another and everyone seemed happy to be there. I was very pleasantly surprised with my entire experience, from booking to billing. I’m very glad I found this place and can’t recommend them enough!

I am a person who is terrified of the dentist. I came to Klement Family dental with a laundry list of work that needed to be done because I had been putting it off due to my crippling anxiety. They have been nothing but kind, caring, and empathetic. I never thought I’d say “I really love my dentist” but I say it nearly every time I leave their office. Their staff is friendly, down to earth, and they are always straight with me. I appreciate them more than I can say here in this review. But if you’re looking for a dentist, you can stop looking. This is the one.
