Dr Lopez and his staff truly are remarkable! I had to take my dog to the emergency vet and I couldn’t have been more satisfied than the care received. The facility is beautiful, clean, and very accessible. I did not have to wait at all to be checked in and given a room. The staff and doctor came in promptly. All procedures and costs were discussed up front as well as reasonable. Dr Lopez explained everything very thoroughly and I really appreciate the amount of time he spent addressing all of my concerns. I cannot be more thankful for the services they provided my animal!

I was very satisfied with the time and care taken to examine my pet and offer additional treatment methods to take care of his allergies. The staff were all very friendly and professional.
I initially came to this practice to get a second opinion regarding my cats allergies as the primary care practice was not able to recommend any long term solutions. I was so happy that Dr. Damery and the vet tech Mallory were able to explain different treatment options and took the time to go over which order we should try the different treatments. I left the PARC happy with the recommendations that were provided and look forward to returning to this practice to address any pet wellness concerns. The vet tech Mallory also went above and beyond to customize my pets medication bag and even printed off some options of cones and surgical recovery suits for me to try with my cat. Over all I was so impressed by the professionalism, empathy and care of the staff and vet.

When Axel developed a growth on his jowl, I brought him to the PARC, and as always, the experience exceeded my expectations. Olive, my senior dog of about 13 years old, decided it would be a good idea to get the entire top of a chew bone lodged in her throat. Thankfully, she could still breathe a little but it was so scary. I rushed her to The PARC because they were the closest emergency vet. The vet tech, Raquel, took her to the back area and dislodged the bone and we were out in less than 5 minutes. In fact, they didn't even charge me! I couldn't believe it. I even got a little emotional to the receptionist because I was overwhelmed and then to be shown kindness like that was so heartwarming. Thank you, Raquel, for saving my baby's life.

Best emergency vet and final vet visit

One word: compassion

I have frequented the PARC more as an emergency patient than regular vet. My bostons get up to the wildest shenanigans that usually end up with someone in a cone. From hawk attacks nearly taking someone's eye out (you should see the other guy - that hawk didn't realize he'd make his last swoop) to random feet injuries. From seizures to rhinoplasties. They have always been there.

We put our beloved bean to sleep with the parc last week. They gave us as much time as we needed with him in each phase of the visit. Bean was a wild one but he was always so relaxed there. It was so peaceful and dignified. We received is remains 9 days later and they surprised us with a boop imprint. I had no idea how much it would mean to have.

After I picked him up, a rainbow appeared. Bean had crossed the rainbow bridge and I know we'll meet again.

Thanks parc! We'll always bring our canine babies to them.

Had a great experience here when in need of emergency vet care. Our dog was attacked by a stray at the park so I took him to the nearest walk-in clinic. The desk staff was very efficient and kind, and the lobby area was so comfortable while we waited to be seen. The vet staff was incredibly friendly and empathetic and they took great care of my dog and his injuries. Everything was so clean too which was wonderful. We did not have to wait too long to be seen or treated on a Sunday afternoon. I definitely recommend this place for emergency vet care.
