I had an amazing experience at City Vet! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their clean and modern facility. The staff was prompt and efficient, but what truly stood out was Dr. Heidi Moore. She has such a kind and caring nature, and she went above and beyond to ensure my dog felt safe and happy during her visit. Whether it was during vaccines or a dental procedure, Dr. Moore took the time to explain everything and made sure my dog was as comfortable as possible. It’s clear she genuinely loves what she does and truly cares for her patients. I’m so grateful for her and the whole team—highly recommend City Vet for anyone looking for compassionate, top-notch care for their pets!

I am beyond grateful for the staff at City Vet- Steiner Ranch! They have been so flexible, so caring, understanding, and so helpful in navigating our 15yr old senior dogs health as well as our young pup. Dr. Heidi Moore and her staff are incredible! They made my puppy Mia’s vaccination appointment as fear free and positive as could be for a squirmy border collie puppy!
Welcomed when we came in, techs introduced themselves and talked us through what Mia needed done. Dr. Heidi spent a good amount of time with us, appointment wasn’t hurried or rushed. Dr. Heidi helped me with my previous 17+ yr old border collie…so I was so glad to find her working in the area!!!
Highly recommend this clinic…and so does Mia!

Everyone from the front desk staff, to the vet techs, and the vet were app amazing, cheerful, and super knowledgeable. They answered all questions (even silly ones from a neurotic pet parent like myself) and they were very kind and gentle with all of our pets! They were also very transparent with all pricing questions we had because we all know a trip to the vet can be pricey. I cannot recommend this place enough! We look forward to utilizing them for the continued care of our little family!

Words can’t explain how exceptional the team is at CityVet. Dr. Miller and Dr. Heidi have provided consistent, top-notch medical care for our fur babies. Dr. Miller helped us diagnose what was wrong with our 11yr Yorkie, Ellie. Ultimately, it was a bleak prognosis and when the time came to put Ellie to rest, Dr. Heidi and her team answered any and every question, came to our home and helped us make the best of a difficult situation. We are so grateful to the doctors and team at CityVet for walking along our family with such compassion and kindness during such a difficult time.

My dog has conjunctivitis in his right eye and my regular vet couldn't get him in for 15 days. My friend referred me to CityVet and they were able to see him immediately.

Once there, the staff was really friendly and the vet explained everything well. Also, in the past my dog has gotten pretty riled up at a vet appointment and they were so good with him that he never even barked or growled - he was just the happy boy I know at home.

This initial appointment went so well that I will be switching to them for all of my veterinary needs in the future.

No loss of continuity from the transition to city vet from Dr. Cole. While I miss her, all the folks involved with the new practice from the doc to the vet techs and especially the frontline staff treat customers very well and provide excellent care for my dog. Plus the coffee and bottle waters are a nice touch

Wonderful. Dr. Heidi is funny, compassionate and knowledgeable. The staff are warm and the place is clean. I cannot say enough great things about them. Thanks for taking care of Jack the Cat today!
