Professional and very to the point I love it here they also only charge $20 for exam & X-rays so for a mom of 2 with no insurance — perfect! Other offices charge $50 and up for that. Doctors are amazing here too and kind while also knowing what they’re doing. They also discount it for you if you don’t have insurance in terms of treatment. $300 versus $700 for a wisdom tooth removal is more up my alley. Thank you!

The best dentist I’ve visited in SA! Dr. Yana K is so friendly and helpful. She carefully explains every procedure and provides insurance and financial matters before beginning the work. She has a plan for every budget, and since I am on a fixed income, that is so nice! The staff is very kind, attentive, and efficient. I am so happy to have found Comfort Dental!

My appointment at Comfort Dental was excellent. Dr. Peter Mailhot took his time and went over all of my concerns. Had no pain whatsoever during and after my procedure. The wait was minimal and the staff is fun and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Mailhot if you are afraid of seeking dental care.

I want to share my experience regarding this clinic so others will be careful and no one else goes through the same pain as I did. I visited Dr. Yana for a cavity filling a year ago, and it was good. Recently, I returned for my regular cleaning. After the cleaning, she explained that the filling she did last time was broken and proposed to redo it. I accepted, which turned out to be my biggest mistake.

It was a little painful for two days, which I thought was normal after any filling. However, I had to go to a different country for vacation, and my tooth started hurting so much that I had to see an emergency doctor. Since no doctor was available that weekend, I had to go to this doctor who explained that the filling done by Dr. Yana was not done properly (attached screenshot for proof), causing the issue. For a temporary fix, she charged me 320 pounds, which is around $400. I had no choice but to pay because the pain was unbearable.

When I contacted Dr. Yana’s clinic about my experience and demanded compensation for the failed treatment and the additional cost I had to incur, which I think is very fair, they responded that they couldn’t do anything about it even though it was completely their mistake. I don't want anyone to go through this clinic, especially for fillings or any complex treatment, as it might end up like my experience. I also submitted a complaint to the State Dentist Association and my insurance company.

Dr. Yana is the best and all the staff are superb...very friendly and great in their jobs. When I called for scheduling, they fitted me right away in their schedule. Love this place.

Front desk was super helpful from the moment I called to make my appointment all the way till the day actual day. Super kind and helpful.

Got really good information on what was going on with my teeth and walked through my options.

I also took advantage of their $19 first time patient special, this saved me because my insurance is not active yet.

Friendly and courteous staff. Prompt and professional assistance. The intervention that I required was provided accurately. I have to mention a couple of things that could be improved, in my opinion. A more personal experience would include that staff introduced themselves by name. I concluded that a third assistant was in training. I was not asked if I agreed to be attended by someone in training, and working on my teeth following instructions right then and there, on me.
The safety glasses they provided did not seem appropriate or hygienic. Additionally, the tv unit attached to the dental chair, had dust on it, This is right in front of the patient’s line of sight.
These are small details that diminished somehow my overall experience as a patient, however, they can be easily improved.
My dentist seemed caring and highly efficient in her skills and knowledge. My dentist was also very clear in communicating my status and recommendations. The service provided was good. I plan to continue with their services. I do recommend this clinic to evaluate your dental needs.
