I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Fandel! He was very patient with me when I was experiencing anxiety, he’s personable and doesn’t make you feel like just another number. He pulled 4 of my teeth today and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He even called me later in the evening to check on me which I’ve never had any type of doctor do. His assistant Mark was extremely knowledgeable and explained every step of the process thoroughly. All in all I am satisfied with this dentist and will definitely recommend him to anyone needing care.

I needed local care post operative and when my daughter posted a 1 star review, Dr Fandel felt it was appropriate to literally threaten me in a voicemail (which I still have) he stated that if she didn't take the the review down, she would be sorry.
What does that even mean coming from someone I thought was professional and ethical?
It is appropriate for the doctor to reply to her review but to call me and threaten her safety over a 1 star review? I will never return to his office and I am curious if I'll be receiving a threatening message to remove this. I kept all the voicemails and texts.

Shortly after moving to San Angelo I had a dental emergency and while Dr
Fandel was not available to see me, he referred me to an excellent oral surgeon. He even called to follow up and make sure I was seen. I appreciated his thoroughness and compassion so I chose him as my dentist. I've had a cleaning and 2 cavities filled so far and I really like Dr. Fandel and his staff. Everyone has been professional and personable making the process a lot easier and less stressful. Highly recommend!

Haven’t been to the dentist in years and I paid the price. Lesson learned. Will not miss another dental appointment again. Everyone was friendly and outgoing. Nice to support a fellow veteran.
