I have had treatment done here a few times. I will never ever ever go back. Every single time I am there there is a receptionist named Sandy who is, probably, the rudest person I have ever met. I do not understand why she is so rude to me or why she does not like me but I have tried several times to be as nice and polite as possible and that has absolutely no effect, she still continues to be rude and talk down to me. This not only happened with me but also my brother in law. I will never go back. She does not know how to talk to or treat people and makes me uncomfortable every single time.

The staff were very friendly. The reason for the 2 stars however is that I made an appointment specifically to have my 7 yo daughter’s cavity worked on. That was the ENTIRE reason for the appointment. I was told this wasn’t an issue that they’d get her taken care of. After waiting 2 months for this appointment because that was the first available, it was a COMPLETE waste of my time. I had to take off work and my insurance had to pay for an initial visit along with full X-rays just for them to tell me that they don’t actually do work on pediatrics and that they’d have to refer us out.

Being referred out now puts us in the same exact situation of having to take even more time off work for someone else to do the exact same initial exam and then not do anything until yet another appointment. And THEN, they also told me that the X-rays they took would be able to be sent and used at the place they referred me to. Found out that that was another half truth. Yes they could send them, but in doing so, since it wasn’t the same system, the X-rays were too blurry to be diagnostic for the new place to use and therefore they wanted more X-rays. Again, this place was an ABSOLUTE waste of my time.

They took care of me when they shouldnt of had to, after have gone to another dentist (was rude & charging me for things i didn't need). I came to them for a second opinion & They didn't hesitate , didnt make me feel ashamed even though i did. They really care for my longterm health & not trying to rob me. I'm glad I found them ☺️ it's hard to trust people nowadays but I found a trustworthy dental office with Stonehaven! Thank you so much guys!

The minute I walked into Stonehaven I felt very welcomed. I get dental anxiety and have always feared going to the dentist. Dr. Greene and her staff made me feel very comfortable and I even received flowers for my first visit. That was a very sweet gesture! So happy I chose Stonehaven!

Stonehaven Dental has a calm environment from the moment you walk in to their lobby. The staff greets you in a very friendly manner and the hygienist walks you through each step of the cleaning process. Diana my hygienist was very welcoming and educated me on how to properly care for my dental health. Dr. Greene was very nice as well. Highly recommend Stonehaven Dental and the rest of my family will be scheduled with them soon.

I have absolutely no complaints at all! Everyone is pleasant and gives you a feeling of family! 2 out of 2 visits were positive!! I am talking my husband into switching to this dentist office! Jennifer is amazing and held my hand during the numbing process!
Dr.Greene was an absolute pleasure! I already received a bouquet of flowers,puts a smile on your face...that goes without saying!! SMILE!!
They also offer electric toothbrushes and waterpiks to purchase!!
